starlight, star bright...

We’ve a new light in the heavens, gliding gently next to the moon. Not a star, technically, but Jupiter has made an appearance. Not long now and the sky will fill with constellations I’ve only rarely seen. Not long now and I’ll see the Milky Way for the first time since early October.

To think I am missing wintering with Dr. Bahls! The universe is cruel! Hope you are settling into a quiet and lovely winter Nathan- a reprieve from the cargo office. Wait? Did you summer in cargo? I only know enough to be dangerous, not factual.

Lynette!

What a winter it would be if you were here. Though I still can here Jeff muttering as we joked about him doing another one this year… And I did summer in Cargo with a follow-up gig trying to fill Patrick’s shoes as the System Administrator. The office work may kill me yet but so far it’s been bearable. As for you, I know nothing. A time for catch-up perhaps? Olander fills me in here and there, with a spell of info from Mel before she left, but that’s all I know.

Damn glad to hear from you - all the best in the mean.
